Bob spent over 10 years at Best Buy as leader of Sales Development and Commercial Sales.
As Senior Vice President of Sales Development, Bob developed and managed the company's warranty program. This profitable program produced over $1 billion in annual revenue. He managed retail sales strategy development, sales performance measurement, sales effectiveness training, company communication capacity, sales forecasting and measurement, and the company's knowledge management system.
Bob initiated and grew the company's Commercial Sales department. This unique business grew by 43% to over $200 million in annual revenue. The success of this department was based on establishing strong business relationships with small businesses, government agencies and educational institutions in the US and Puerto Rico.
Bob was on the Board of Directors for Best Buy, Government and Education, LLC, Minneapolis, MN.
Prior to joining Best Buy, Bob held management positions with the Ford Motor Company as General Field Manager and with Nissan Motor Company as Vice President of Independent Dealer Services.
