Ray is a seasoned Retail Operations professional. His background includes expertise in Labor Management, Operational Effectiveness and Communications.

Most recently, Ray was Vice President of Operations for Best Buy Company in Minneapolis, Minnesota. His responsibilities included the allocation of store payroll, labor model development, labor effectiveness and productivity standards. He also managed the labor scheduling process, new store labor model planning and hiring allocation, strategic planning for store operations, and comprehensive communication strategies to improve effectiveness between the corporate offices and field operations.

Ray also led the development of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for all retail stores.

Prior to Best Buy, Ray spent eleven years with the May Company where he developed labor models, allocated payroll by department/by store, and supervised an automated scheduling process.

Ray has an MBA in Operations Management from Drexel University.
