Roger, an EMG partner, serves as EMG's senior human capital development strategist. A scenario Roger could be involved with is creating human capital development strategies incorporating emerging trends and technologies accommodating the realization of various organizational objectives. In all scenarios, the strategy and objectives are measured against performance based milestones including return on investment. Roger routinely assists in shaping corporate and government expectations regarding career mapping and gap analysis, learning management system enterprise architectures, blended and stand-alone learning strategies including appropriate Levels of Interactivity, informal learning, and mLearning.
Roger is also a frequent speaker at industry leading events where the event focus is strategy, emerging trends and technologies, and associated tactical goal development.
Roger has been involved in leadership and strategy roles for the past 25 years including enlisted soldier and commissioned officer service in the US Army. Roger’s military experiences include leadership positions at all levels. He has also been assigned to myriad Joint and Combined, NATO, and United Nations leadership positions.
Some of the corporate and government clients Roger has provided strategy advice to include Airbus Industries (France), Ameriprise Financial Services (Formerly American Express Financial – USA), Best Buy (USA), General Electric Global, H.B. Fuller Global, the US Department of Defense, the US Department of Health and Human Services, and Xcel Energy (USA).
Roger has earned a Masters in Public Administration, two undergraduate degrees, and is a graduate of the US Army Combined Arms Center Command and General Staff Officer School.
