Sheldon has had extensive strategic and operational success in all elements of retail supply chain, inventory management, real estate and construction, facilities management, employee relations and customer service. He spent 10 years in senior level executive positions with Macy's and May Department stores. He effectively understands, defines, collaborates and communicates to achieve integration of people, process and technology.

He led the merger integration and systems conversion for logistics and supply chain functions for three divisions supporting over $4 billion in annual sales. This project included closing 4 locations and designing and constructing 2 new facilities including a major capacity upgrade. He has led supply chain operations that repeatedly ranked first in productivity, service and control. To improve efficiency and productivity in the supply chain, Sheldon worked with vendors to take weeks out of the door to store service time while reducing costs by 30%. He also has extensive experience working with manufacturing partners to reduce lead times.

Prior to Macys/May, Sheldon held leadership positions with Brookstone, Larson-Juhl, and American stores. He also helped start a successful 3PL company.

Sheldon holds an MBA from Emory University in Atlanta.
